Returns : If you need to return your item, please contact our Customer Care team! Just send an email with your name, order number (this can be found in the original emailed receipt from your purchase), and which item you would like to return. We'll reply ASAP with your pre-paid return shipping label.
Exchanges : If you would like to exchange for a different size or style, Just send an email with your name, order number (this can be found in the original emailed receipt from your purchase), which item you would like to exchange, and the size (and style name) which you would like instead! We'll reply ASAP with your pre-paid return label.
(Free returns and exchanges are valid only within the Continental US)
- We will provide one Free Return Shipping Label for all US orders.
- Returns must be received within 60 days from your order date to receive a refund for your items. Items returned after 60 days from your order date will receive store credit for the full purchase price.
- Any shipping charges are non-refundable
- Items which have been worn are not eligible for return.
- Please be sure to try your new shoes/boots indoors on a smooth or carpeted surface.
- Items must be returned in their original shoebox, including any extras which may arrive with your order.
- Shoeboxes may not be used as shipping boxes! All shoeboxes must be protected from shipping stickers and labels.
Refunds + processing time.
Your refund will be processed within five business days once the returned item is received. Our representatives will notify you when your refund is processed. After processing, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that this is an estimated time and we are not able to speed the posting process once your refund has been processed.
